Sensor Training Kit - Generic with i/o Link
Sensor Training kit from Hytech Didactic is designed to provide users with hands on experience on latest sensor technologies which can be easily upgraded in future. This kit is equipped with various sensors based on io link technology which are integrated with PLC and HMI.
This sensor training kit is focussed on providing training on industrial sensor technology with PLC, HMI and IIOT.
This kit enables user to interface various digital, analog and io link sensors with relative ease. Architecture of Sensor and IIOT training kit is arranged in such a way that any and every sensor such as vision sensor, LiDar sensor or any other advanced sensor can be integrated with this training kit.
PLC and IIOT setup is provided to carry out various automatic programs with different types of sensors
Sensors in this sensor training kit are mounted on the quick release mechanism which enables user to easily mount or dismount the sensors. Sensing mechanism for the sensor training kit is equipped with a magnetic scale with analog output which enables user to represent the exact sensing distance on the HMI by calibrating the Analog signal received by PLC from the magnetic scale.
IOT Based Sensor training kit focuses on the integration of latest sensors with PLC, HMI and IIOT. I/O Link technology provides hands on experience on the latest industrial sensor technology which can be easily upgraded in future as well. Sensor Training kit is designed in such a way that students can be trained on Various types of sensors as well as IIOT applications. PLC and HMI are provided for ease of sensor operation and feedback
The architecture of the kit is made in such a way that 64 sensors can be connected to the kit. 5 Pin industrial connectors are provided which can be interfaced with sensor terminals and eventually with PLC and IIOT module. Sensor
technology is a continuouslyup- grading technology and user needs to have a feasibility to inter- face newly developed sensors over a period of time. Architecture of Sensor and IIOT training kit is arranged in such a way that any and every sensor such as vision sensor, LiDar sensor or any other advanced sensor can be integrat- ed with this training kit.
PLC and IIOT setup is provided to carry out various automatic programs with different types of sensors. Sensors (Analog / Digital) can be easily integrated in the system with the help of M12 connector.
